Delete account
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This page applies to the “Suppligator” app (App Store and Google Play) and the Suppligator website on all country domains. The provider is Andreas Rozmus e.K., Suppligator, c/o Postflex #8834, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany.
The app and the website use the same account. If you delete it in one place, it is deleted everywhere.
How to delete your account
1. In the app
- Open Account (profile tab) in the app.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and confirm again. If you have a password, enter it; if you sign in with Apple or Google, you briefly confirm again with Apple or Google.
This also works while your account has not yet been approved.
2. On the website
- Sign in and open Account.
- Scroll to “Danger zone” → “Delete account”.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. If you have no password because you only sign in with Google or Apple, first confirm with the linked account; you can then delete within 10 minutes.
3. By email
Write from your account’s email address to info@suppligator.de with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account within one month at the latest. If we are not sure that the request comes from you, we will briefly check back.
After deletion we send a confirmation to your previous email address.
What is deleted
- your account with email address, password hash, username and display name
- all profile details, e.g. birthday, country, bio, Instagram and TikTok names, favourite brands, settings and notification preferences
- your uploaded profile picture
- points, points history, level, badges and favourites
- referral data (“invited by”, tickets for the monthly raffle)
- push tokens and Live Activity tokens of your devices, and remembered devices for two-factor sign-in
- wiki reading progress and the result of a voluntary identity check (verified yes/no)
- the link to Google or Apple on our side. You can additionally remove Suppligator’s access in your Apple or Google account (for Apple under “Sign in with Apple” in your Apple ID settings, for Google under “Third-party apps and services”).
- all marketplace messages you sent or received, and ratings other members gave you in the marketplace
- your marketplace listings and your own recipes: they disappear from the site immediately and are permanently deleted after 30 days
- all sessions: you are signed out on all devices, including the app
What remains without your name
- Product reviews and comments remain for the community rating. We remove name, email address, IP address and browser identifier; “Former member” is shown. If you want us to delete them completely, write to us.
- Ratings you gave others in the marketplace and reports you sent remain without reference to you, so moderation stays traceable.
- Feedback board posts remain without attribution to you.
What we do not delete, or delete later
- Newsletter: A newsletter subscription is a separate consent and does not end automatically with the account. Unsubscribe via the link in every issue or write to us.
- Giveaways: We keep winner lists for 1 year after the draw; where winner data forms part of accounting records, for 8 years (§ 147 German Fiscal Code).
- Order screenshots: We never store images. We keep a checksum of the image and the order number for 90 days so that the same screenshot cannot be submitted again.
- Server log data is deleted automatically after about 7 days.
- Anonymous statistics: counters without personal reference (e.g. page views or app crash reports without account reference) remain.
- Emails to us: We delete contact requests 1 year after they have been dealt with, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
Notes
- Deletion is final and cannot be undone.
- Team accounts cannot be deleted by their owners. Please contact info@suppligator.de.
- Deleting only some data: You can change or delete profile details, favourites, listings and recipes yourself in your account. For anything else, an email to info@suppligator.de is enough.
- More about how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy.
