Marketplace Terms

1. Role of the platform

Suppligator only provides the technical marketplace platform on which registered users post their own classified listings; Suppligator is not a party to any resulting contract.

2. Contract between users

The contract of sale is concluded exclusively between buyer and seller. Suppligator never receives payment, ships no goods and never acts as seller.

3. User obligations

Users may only offer their own, lawfully sellable items and are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings; counterfeit, expired or prescription-only products are prohibited.

4. Reporting unlawful content

Every listing has a report function; once aware of unlawful content, Suppligator removes the listing promptly.

5. Liability

Suppligator is not liable for user-submitted content or the handling of any sale; the statutory liability rules for hosting providers apply.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
