– Compared to the French Fries Mayo from back then, which lacked the spicy component, this version is significantly less tart and has a less artificial, lingering aftertaste, but feels slightly “richer”
– Compared to classic mayonnaise, it’s overall less full-bodied and “rich,” with a slightly glassy, artificial character in the mid-palate and finish, resulting in a feel that isn’t quite typical of mayo
– The consistency is compact, slightly glassy, and somewhat greasy; overall, it’s more reminiscent of a mild sandwich sauce with a hint of mayo
