A pleasantly sweet-and-bitter balanced, slightly crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth coating made of full-bodied dark cocoa dark chocolate
– Enclosed within are small, crunchy pieces of roasted almonds that add a gentle nutty, caramelized aroma, though they tend to get somewhat lost in the overall flavor
– The soft, doughy center makes up the largest but mildest part, featuring gentle cocoa and nutty notes
– A liquid core of intensely sweet, slightly artificially flavored apricot cream occasionally takes center stage and blends with the dark chocolate’s flavor toward the end
– Reminiscent of classic gingerbread filled with jam, even though the typical spiced-cake element (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg) is missing
– Overall, a very delicious interplay of dark chocolate, mild nutty-caramel-cocoa notes, and sweet-fruity aromas
