According to the manufacturer, they contain yeast, field bean, and pea protein; the buns are vegan and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven (230 °C convection) or in an air fryer for 3–5 minutes, then top as desired—or simply enjoy them as rolls, for example, for breakfast.
