Preparing More Protein Pudding is easy - you can whip up a creamy, airy pudding in no time without cooking or waiting long. Simply put 200 ml of low-fat milk and 30 g of protein pudding powder into a shaker, add 2 g of Chunky Flavour according to taste, mix well and let it rest briefly. After about 5 minutes you can enjoy your pudding. If you prefer it warm, you can heat it in the microwave for about 50 seconds at 600 watts.
