– A gentle umami green tea note, with only a subtle hint of classic matcha, serves as the flavor base
– Accompanied throughout by a rather sweet strawberry flavor, which is slightly reminiscent of fruit puree and is further intensified by many small, authentic strawberry pieces
– Both main flavors remain in a nearly balanced ratio and come across as generally mild and pleasantly smooth—even in the finish
– Compared to the More Matcha Strawberry Cheesecake, it’s less intense overall, lacks that slightly tart note, and therefore has a slightly sweeter overall flavor profile
– Served ice-cold and mixed with milk or milk alternatives such as oat milk, it offers a pleasantly smooth drinking experience reminiscent of a strawberry milkshake-style matcha.
– Recommended for anyone who prefers fruity, more subtly flavored matcha creations to the classic, intense matcha flavor
